From Porto Airport: Take the motorway, A4 to Vila Real/Amarante. Leave the A4 at Penafiel (junction 13) and take the road N106 to Entre-os-Rios. Once in Entre-os-Rios cross the river and continue to Castelo de Paiva. Just before you arrive in Castelo de Paiva turn left following the road to Nespereira / Alvarenga and 1 km after turn right following the same direction and after 7 km you come to Travanca. In Travanca take the second road to the left, following the sign Turismo de Habitação. After 500m turn right into a narrow lane, following the sign “Solar de Miragaia”. Then on your right you will see a stone cistern, after this the house is on the right. Although the house is in the county of Cinfães, it’s nearer Castelo de Paiva (7km).
