From Porto take the A4 in direction to Amarante, after passing a bridge you will find 500m at your left the Avenue 25 de Abril. Following that avenue 1 km after, turn at your left in “Lufrei”. 1 km turn at your right and you will find 2 km ahead the Casa da Pedra in right side of the road.
 

Quinta da Mata is a house from the XVII century - with a chapel, located at 3 km from the city of Chaves in the hillside of the “Serra do Brunheiro” surrounded by a thick forest and by copious sources of water.
