From Lisbon: Find the signs A2 Sul, Setúbal or Caparica and follow carefully. You will eventually crossthe suspension bridge (Ponte 25 de Abril). Continue in direction to Setúbal and turn in to the exit of Montijo and Pinhal Novo. In Pinhal Novo follow the directions to Montijo and from here to Alcochete, where you will find the house located near the river, in front of the garden with statue of D. Manuel I.
 

Located in the centre of the picturesque town of Alcochete, with the river Tejo as landscape, Quinta da Praia das Fontes was the former residence of the Marquee de Soydos, built in the 16th century and later enriched with magnificent Portuguese tiles from the 17th and 18th Century. Its a prominent place where you can enjoy all the commodity in a historical ambience.
